Exchanges Explained

There has been some confusion about our Exchange Program for Ismael Rac. Let me clear up a few points.

The exchanges are FREE.

Exchanging is 100% OPTIONAL. You do not HAVE to participate in the license exchange. It is just fine if you decide to not do the exchange and keep using your MPT Ismael Rac tubes as per the MPT TOU.

If you decide not to do the exchange, you cannot mix your MPT Rac tubes with your AMI Rac tubes though.

The exchanges are a very slow process and will take several days to a week for you to be approved. So, if you do email in for the exchange be prepared to wait several days to a week before hearing back from AMI.
